The Organizing Committee of the LIBS 2024 has appointed Covitour Congresos S.A. as Official Travel Coordinator, to provide accommodation services in Puerto Iguazu as well as airport transfers and pre or post-congress tours.

The Official Travel Coordinator will offer negotiated rates at selected hotels.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

Special rates have been negotiated and have been block-booked for conference delegates at the Hotel venue and other selected hotels, from lower and higher category, all of them located within walking distance of the Conference venue. Congress rates are available only using the enclosed form.

The rates quoted do not include VAT (actual VAT is 21 %). Non-Argentine passengers are exempt from this tax, only if at the time of requesting the reservation they present a copy of their passport in JPG or PDF format.

All tourists staying in establishments of the Municipal Jurisdiction must pay the "Iguazú Eco Rate", for a maximum of 2 nights, even if the overnight stay is longer. The current value of the said tax approximately 1.65 USD. It is paid at the hotel, in cash.

Room rates are quoted and are payable in USD Dollars on a nightly basis. Each hotel has its own payment method that will be detailed in the description of each of them.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required unless otherwise clarified in the section of each hotel.

All the hotels reserve the right to modify the rates until payment is made.

Each hotel has its policy regarding early arrivals and late check-outs. To guarantee early check in or late check out, previous night or following night must be paid.

Places are limited that is why bookings will be processed on a first come first served basis.

In order to reserve your accommodation, we suggest you to book through the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM without delay (**reservation form soon available**). A confirmation will be sent to you in due course.

 All of the changes must be made by writting to the Official Travel Coordinator, NOT directly to the hotel. Otherwise, it is likely that they won`t be processed.

 

AMERIAN PORTAL DEL IGUAZÚ (VENUE)

A luxury category hotel located in a strategic point, just 100 meters from the Three Borders Landmark, with the best view of the union of the Iguazú and Paraná Rivers.
