FROM & TO AIRPORT

We suggest booking a safe transfer through the official travel coordinator. Those who book the hotel reservation with the Official Travel Coordinator will have the benefit of a special rate:

• Transfer round trip Argentinean Airport (Airport-Hotel & Hotel-Airport): USD 40 per person.
• Transfer round trip Brazilian Airport (Airport-Hotel & Hotel-Airport): USD 65 per person.

Those who book accommodation on their own can also reserve the transfers with the official agency at a convenient price:

• Transfer round trip Argentinean Airport (Airport-Hotel & Hotel-Airport): USD 50 per person.
• Transfer round trip Brazilian Airport (Airport-Hotel & Hotel-Airport): USD 75 per person.

In order to book your transfers with us, please send a mail to gala.vangent@covitour.com with the following information: full name, country of origin, passport number, flights information (date, hour and code), and telephone number.

FROM & TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE

All the hotels provided by the Official Travel Coordinator are within walking distance. Transfers by car or bus are not included. All attendees should arrange their own travel to and from the event.
